Fishbone

I like fish. I eat fish almost everyday for health reasons. I like fresh tuna, salmon, tulingan tilapia, galunggong. I like bangus (milkfish) too. But I have issues with fish bones/"tinik". Husband or mum has to sit beside me when I eat fish because the tinik, no matter how small or big it is, it always gets stuck in my larynx.

Like right now, I am so pissed because the tinik that got stuck last night is still making me uncomfortable.

I know how to remove it but these tips aren't really solving this. I eat banana. I eat sticky rice. I drink loads of water but the tinik is still there. HELP!
