(i) I got wasted last Friday. Chiqui, Allan and I attended Le Club Francaise' event at Avenue in Timog. We were supposed to pick up my sister Ja from her org's event but Chiqui ended up tipsy, I got drunk and Allan got sooooooooooooo wasted. As in!
With our friends from Nigeria and Rwanda. They are both students here in Manila.
(ii) I watched 3 entries to Cine Europa last Saturday. I was at Shang the WHOLE day. Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there because we had to fall in line to get the tickets. Will post a different entry on my reviews for the different movies.
We should stop celebrating American films too much. I think it's time to really support other international films. I missed to watch any Cinemalaya flicks the last time because I was so busy with work. I should and must watch next year. We must support Filipino films except for the mainstream ones such as I.T.A.L.Y.. Joke lang.. hehe..
Ja has been borrowing French dvds at Alliance Française de Manille, and I must say that their movies are really really nice. You should try to watch some French flicks.
(iii) I am officially a Tea Latte fan. Thanks to Chiqui for being too INFLUENTIAL! Last night, Fred and I stayed at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Makati A.Venue. I tried their new tea latte called "African Sunrise". It was good. I totally forgot Matcha. You should try it. It will make you happy the same way it did last night.
It's 6:20 PM. I have a very nice view of the horizon from my desk. I can see as the sun sets behind the thick clouds.
The colors are unbelieveable. A mix of orange, dark blue and gray. I wish I had a Canon EOS 20d or a Nikon D80x to capture it.
As I am looking outside, I am listening to Axelle Red's Je t'attends. It's my favorite song since last week. It's French soul and my sister translated the song for me. I really like it. Je t'attends is "waiting for you" in French.

I know I'm a bit emo lately. There are just a lot of things that happened the past week that made me reevaluate my life. Meeting a lot of wonderful people in a span of 2 weeks will make you rethink of what's happening in your life and realign your priorities.
I know that all of us have a LOT of things in mind but you really have to take some time off to get to know yourself and reevaluate whatever is going on with your life. I believe that it will make you live longer.
I'm 23 and everything is going too fast. I hardly noticed anything. I just graduated less than a year ago but everything is happening in just a blink of an eye.
There are things that I tend to forget because I get so caught up with other things be it less or more important.
Next week I'll be going back to LB. My abode for 4 years where I learned to live on my own and to survive the best way I know how. It is the place where I can just cry behind everybody else's back. It is the place where I could really think. The place where I could enjoy just being alone.
I dunno what to write anymore. I'll just leave the video of one of the most wonderful songs ever.

Ok. so the whole day today all I did was to take care of a very special project that concerns one of my devices.
And yes, the project will be launched this 08.08.08. The project is specially made for the Beijing Olympics. And guess what? I am one of the Project coordinators.
Apparently the previous company that was supposed to do the system backed out and so we were the one chosen by our business partner.
How will you do that Bons, it's like less than 10 days away? - Uh-huh, we already started the development of some parts and I finished the work flowchart just a few minutes ago. Right, that's why I am blogging.
Will you go to Beijing? - ACS representatives will be able to go. I am not sure if I will be there too. ACS people will be treated as VIPs and will be able to attend all the events that they/we wish to watch. Cool eh? Do you think you can finish it on time? - I hope so. But I will be busy as hell for the next days.
Sushal ka na Bons! - It will all be included the next time I update my resume. And yes, I will be demanding for a bigger salary. But I don't have the right to celebrate yet. I STILL WANT TO SEE RESULTS.

It's been three weeks since his blue-eyed baby debuted in this world, but Thomas Beatie – better known around the world as the Pregnant Man – can already say this about his daughter's personality: "She's easygoing and mellow and intelligent."
On June 29 at 8:55 p.m., Beatie, 34, a former female beauty pageant contestant, made cultural history as perhaps the first legally transgender male to give birth, bringing into the world a 9 lbs., 5 oz. baby girl named Susan Juliette.
"She's so precious, I just can't stop staring at her," Thomas tells PEOPLE in his first interview since he and wife Nancy returned with their bundle from Bend, Oregon's St. Charles Medical Center. "Just holding her is the best feeling in the world."
Susan – named after Thomas's mother and conceived through artificial insemination with donor sperm – arrived after 40 hours of labor, with Nancy at Thomas's side acting as his coach.
"When Susan finally came out, it was like in slow motion," says Thomas. "I was full of wonder." Echoes Nancy: "There were tears of joy."
Both father and daughter came through the birth in perfect health. "I weigh two pounds less than I did before I got pregnant," adds Thomas. "And I don't have a single stretch mark!"
At home, the couple is adjusting to their new nightly schedule: Nancy breastfeeding (by induced lactation, a process using hormones and physical stimulation with a breast pump) and Thomas keeping company while watching TV.

As you've read, I was so pissed the past week and because of that, I went to the salon yesterday for a whole day of pampering and overhauling my look :)
5 inches off my hair. New color. New new look. And I am loving it.I had my hair done. I had my fingernails done. I had my toenails done. I was in the salon from 9AM to 6 PM.
After that, I bought 25 pesos worth of Kiamoy. My comfort food. I went to North Park with Ja and mum so I could eat honey lemon chicken - my favorite. Fred picked me up to have some coffee at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at A.Venue in Makati Ave.
I slept from 11PM - 8:25 AM. Not too long, not too short, just right I have a scheduled Thai Massage and Spa later at 1:30 PM. And it's for free! There's a newly opened spa place near my house (near A.Venue) and they will give me the service for free. Mum has connections you know. ahahaha..
